I ordered a sweatshirt for my friend who recently lost her dog, it was the most amazing gift that brought a smile to her face! Beautiful embroidery and nailed the replica of her sweet pup!

I got the embroidered pet hoodie for my daughter with both of her kitties on there. The embroidered images look exactly like them and even captured their personalities. She loves it!
MysticHot did a fantastic job capturing my son’s beloved dog on a high quality hoodie. This was one of his favorite Christmas gifts. The communication with this store was excellent and they shared a preview of the embroidered pet image, making sure it was satisfactory prior to completing the work.
Very cute 🥰 Very reasonably timed arrival considering the surge in orders for Christmas and customer service is very accommodating. It looks very cute and I believe my mother in law will love it!
Wonderful! They did a fantastic job! Make sure your picture shows your pet’s face square on otherwise it might turn out a little wonky but you can correct it in their review email! I love this sweatshirt so much and it really looks like my cats. They did a great job!
Adorable I love everything I have ever gotten from MysticHot. They did a great job with the pet design and the sweatshirts are adorable. I love it highly recommended!
Beautiful Fast preview and quick delivery once approved. The embroidery was so good. They captured my Kitty perfectly.
Wonderful!!! My partner loved it so much and you guys really nailed it with the embroidery!! It made me so happy ! Thank you again !! Definitely gonna order from you guys again !
Amazing!! I absolutely love how this crewneck turned out. They captured my dogs perfectly!! I love how they send a preview of the design before embroidering it, and they’re very responsive and shipping was fast.
Wonderful gift!! The sweater came out absolutely beautiful. The artist emailed me with a draft, confirming if I liked or needed to change anything and I found that very nice. The work looks very nice, not rushed. A beautiful gift to anyone !
Perfect! I like how they email you a preview of the design before embroidering it. The preview was made and sent very quickly, and shipping was fast. I absolutely love how it turned out!! They captured my Frenchies perfectly.
I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! This company is amazing! I love how they give you an option of seeing their drawing of your pet/s before shipping it out to make sure it’s as accurate as possible. They even made sure my order came before my boyfriend’s birthday and let me tell you this gift stole the show! He couldn’t stop laughing when he saw it and he loves it. People always double take when they see the sweater and they’re like are those your dogs? Yes lol! I will never stop telling people about this company
Beautiful Detail & So Soft I bought this for my daughter. She absolutely loves the quality of the embroidery and the quality and softness of the hoodie. Highly recommend!
Wonderful Gift Idea I couldn’t be happier with the embroidery work! I sent in a photo of my friend’s dog to be made into a birthday gift, and the result was absolutely perfect. The stitching captured every detail of the dog’s face—from the expression in the eyes to the unique markings—so accurately that it looks just like the photo. The colors are vibrant, the threadwork is clean, and the overall craftsmanship feels high-quality and durable. What impressed me most was how much personality came through in the design. It wasn’t just a generic dog image; it really looked like her dog, which made the gift incredibly meaningful. My friend was blown away when she opened it, and it’s now one of her favorite keepsakes. The whole experience was smooth, the turnaround was quick, and the communication was excellent. I’d highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a personalized, thoughtful, and beautifully executed embroidery piece.
So cute. Exactly what I asked for. I got the design in less than 12 hours. There was a minor mistake in the first draft/design but they quickly fixed it with clarification on my end. Would definitely buy from them again.
sweatshirt i am very picky with anything & everything i buy so i was a little nervous to buy a custom sweatshirt. i finally did & it was the best idea. the sweatshirt is so comfortable & it’s very heavy/ good quality. they have such a nice team & are very understanding. they also got my cats to look pretty much identical. can’t wait to wear this sweatshirt everywhere i go now

I got the first one for my sister. She lost it of course. I recently bought another one for her and this company has upgraded this item from the last one. She uses it for her service dogs when she goes to crowded places so her dogs do not get stepped on. This sling is very well made and makes dogs comfortable being carried.
Me encantó. Los colores son brillantes, el lienzo de buena calidad y la gama de colores es espectacular!
SUPER CUTE!!!!! My husband really loved his sweater and has been wearing it all the time. They somehow capture the essence of our silly cats faces. Thank yall so much!
Very satisfied The portrait was better than I anticipated. The male also sent me a proof before making to confirm that the design was satisfactory, which I did not know that was apart if the service. I got a dark green sweatshirt and the design was mostly white and light colored so I will see if it bleeds when I wash it but I do not think it will. The sweatshirt size ran bigger than expected so consider sizes unisex. I probably could have gotten away with a medium but erred on the side of caution and got a large. Overall very very happy with the product. The sweatshirt is very warm and soft as well.
Amazing Christmas Present WOW! This was a Christmas present for my sister and it turned out AMAZING. When they sent me the proof I needed to make one little switch (the photos of her one cat are so hard to get it was my fault not theirs!) and their team did this switch for me very quick! Great communication and amazing work! My sister loves the comfy sweatshirt with her pets on it!
Amazing love it

Perfect
Superb! The embroidery is well executed and according to your request. Choose the color of the jumper and embroidery thread! The seller is very serious and has excellent communication, you send him your photo, he makes a first preview to validate before production. It even takes into account your additional requests. Rather super fast, 7 days delivery! The sweaters are unisex and have a pleasant and warm material. Can however be cut a little short for a man (the length of the sleeves is short, while the shoulders are the right size). Well cut for the woman at the level of the sleeves. And the label has summer cut on both sweaters so you can't know the sizes you actually receive. In any cas the woman received the size s it is perfect the man received the size L it is a bit short. I would not hesitate to recommend to him, we will just have to take the measures.
Costumer service ( “support”) could be better.. 🙈 Shipping was fast, within two weeks I made my order and received it!🤩 The quality is perfect! ❤️ Thank You a lot!🙏 I do recommend this! 🥳👏
