Personalized orders take 5–8 business days to produce. Shipping begins after production is complete. Your estimated arrival time is the production time plus the shipping time for your destination and selected shipping method; it is not a guaranteed delivery date.

* Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of personalized order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
* The shipping cost shown is the Standard rate. Orders of $89 or more ship Standard free. Express Shipping is $12.99 (or $8.99 on orders over $89) and VIP Shipping is $19.99. Norway is charged separately: Standard $12.99, Express $17.99, VIP $25.99, free over $89. We currently deliver to 188 countries; the exact rates available for your address are always confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Delivery
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address please specify this during checkout.
After your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your order ID and tracking number. You can check the status of your order online by logging into the Track My Order page with your Order ID and email.
