Our tees and more are handcrafted one at a time. It is therefore very rare to create identical items so you may find minor distinctions that make your items special and truly one-of-a-kind.
Because every piece is made to order, customized items cannot be returned or exchanged for personal reasons (change of mind, or the wrong size or colour selected). If your item arrives with a quality defect, the wrong size is sent, an item is missing, or the personalisation does not match what you submitted, contact support@mystichot.com within 30 days of delivery and we will provide a free replacement or a full refund, with return shipping at our cost. This does not affect your statutory rights. Customized orders can be cancelled or changed free of charge (100% refund) within 2 hours of purchase. After 2 hours the order enters digitizing and production: cancelling or changing it at that stage incurs a 60% customization and material fee, and the remaining 40% is refunded. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. Non-customized items can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. All information is provided in the Item description as well as the photos attached to each listing. We do not hold stock; every item is made to order. As soon as your order is received the process of ordering supplies has begun and can not be altered. Please order accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
